A thing of beauty - the cast list for Tim Burton's Alice in Wonderland which will be out next year. I would have preferred a younger actress to play Alice, but the latest additions (like Stephen Fry as the Cheshire Cat!) more than make up for that minor gripe.

Getting in the mood: Here's the opening song of The Nightmare before Christmas (one of my favourite movies of all time - I have to resist the urge to freeze frame every. single. shot.), which introduces the town of Halloween.
